Delivery - How is you Order Delivered ?
  • Standard is by Royal Mail Second Class. This is generally 2-3 working days, but allowance of a couple more days may sometimes be needed. This is the delivery estimated time from dispatch. Please note this is after our processing time.
  • Delivery Upgrades for faster delivery are available at additional cost. Please ask if you would like a faster delivery.
  • Second Class Delivery RM - £1.55
  • First Class Delivery RM £1.95
Processing Times - How Long Does It take for your to be Produced ?
  • All products are made or printed to order. 
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. Often orders may be dispatched within 24-48 hours. 
  • Please Note custom orders such as custom labels, Welsh Love spoons will often take a little longer to complete.

  • Stickers and Labels will be sent in a board backed envelope as standard. 
  • Bulk sticker & label orders will be sent in large letter box.
  • Embossers are sent in Large letter boxes to protect them in transit.
  • Welsh Love Spoons are sent in Large letter boxes securely packaged.
  • We send all our products in secure, safe (and pretty) packaging.
